Who am I?
My name is Sam Bishop and I've been working in the fitness industry for over 13 years. I've been lucky enough to work with thousands of people, experience countless different types of clients and levels of ability.
This has provided me with the knowledge of knowing what works and what doesn’t. I'm not reinventing the wheel or offering a fad. My goal with my programs is to not only offer a program that will give you the results you're looking for, but to also make the experience fun and insightful.
The programs are full of videos giving my top tips and points of performance for each exercise, as well as potential loading & scaling options for those that need it. Therefore you can expect to not only be finishing my programs feeling stronger, but also with a better understanding and improved technique. I'm so excited for you to get started and to help provide you with the results you deserve for all your hard work.
